Terms of service

These terms govern the use of DueñoFácil, the property management platform available at app.dueñofacil.com. By using the service you accept what is described here.

The service

DueñoFácil is used to manage properties, units, leases, finances and maintenance inside an organization that is isolated from every other one. Access is invitation-based while we finish the commercial rollout: we create the organization and its owner account, and that account invites the rest of the team with the profile and scope that belongs to them.

Accounts and responsibility

Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with them. The organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data it loads and for holding the authorization required to process the personal data of third parties it brings into the platform, such as tenants or owners.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, to attempt access to another organization’s data, to interfere with the availability of the service, or to reverse engineer the application. We may suspend an account that breaches these conditions, giving notice where possible.

Plans and limits

Each organization has a plan with limits on properties, units, members and storage, all visible inside the application. Plans are activated manually while online subscription billing is in preparation; the commercial conditions of each plan are agreed in writing before activation.

Data and content

The data you load remains yours. We handle it according to the Privacy policy and you can export it in open formats from the application at any time.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and we publish the support conditions of each plan. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, unless a service level has been agreed in writing.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version and material changes are communicated by email. You may stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of your organization’s data.
