This policy describes how we handle the personal data of the people who use DueñoFácil, both on this site and in the application at app.dueñofacil.com.

Who handles your data

DueñoFácil is the data controller. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to the contact address published in the footer.

What data we handle

• Account data: each user’s name, email address and hashed password.
• Operational data: the information you load into the platform about properties, units, leases, payments, maintenance and the documents attached to them.
• Technical data: access logs, IP address, request identifier and performance metrics needed to run the service and detect incidents.

This marketing site is static: it sets no tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics and loads no external scripts. The cookies the application does set are strictly necessary to keep a session and protect forms.

What we use it for

We handle this data to deliver the contracted service, authenticate users, send operational messages (invitations, password recovery, expiry reminders), meet legal obligations and keep the platform secure and available. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the service, each with access limited to what its function requires: application hosting and execution, managed database, private document storage, transactional email delivery and the language-model provider behind the assistant and the assisted import. Each organization is isolated from every other at the database level.

How long we keep it

Operational data is kept while the organization keeps an active account. Technical logs have bounded retention and are purged automatically. When an account is closed we delete or anonymize personal data except what we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of your personal data by writing to the contact address. We answer within the periods the applicable regulation requires. The application also lets an organization export its data in open formats.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, when the change is material, notify active accounts by email.
